TRANSCRIPT

During my recent trip to Umrah, I prayed fervently to Allah to open doors for my education and connect me to the best teachers to learn from. My prayers were answered. I learned of Basira Education through my brother-in-law and without hesitation I became a student, alhumdullillah.

Why Islam is True was one of the first courses I took. It wasn’t scary or intimidating at all. Shaykh Hamza Karamali took the knowledge and common sense we all have and brought clarity to this truth. Allah’s oneness and the proof of the prophecy of Muhammad, may Allah grant him peace and blessings, in our shahada is such an easy concept to grasp that it doesn’t take a scientist or a philosopher or even someone with an in depth knowledge of Islam to understand. Allah gave every human being the ability to see the signs and have no doubt that Islam is true. Not only was this course inspiring and liberating it was also fun to learn the concepts that are taught.

After I took this course during the spring semester I gifted The Ramadan intensive of it to my whole family and about 15 of us took it together. We had so much fun answering his quizzes and short questions together as a group and he was able to answer every question we asked. I am so grateful because now we all got to benefit and learn from this knowledge that is essential and an obligation on all Muslims to know. No one should miss this course.

I pray that everyone takes advantage and learns from this and the other courses from Basira. I have taken 4 courses so far and all of them have changed my life, alhumdullillah. May Allah grant Basira education and its teachers continued success and may more and more people be made aware of it and take advantage of this opportunity. Jazakallah al khayr for all who bring Basira Education to life for us.
