Muslim scholars developed a science of Islamic character that used four cardinal virtues to express all the character traits that the Prophet (Allah bless him and give him peace) came to teach us. These four cardinal virtues are: (1) bravery, (2) temperance, (3) wisdom, and (4) integrity. This seminar will introduce teachers to these four virtues and show them how they can use them to effectively analyze and address child behavior in the classroom.
This seminar builds on the "Traditional Islamic Psychology" seminar, in which they were introduced to the traditional Islamic theory of soul and character.
